In this project, the previous owners had painted the hardwood floors black. We did a refinishing job in the entrance, kitchen, and living room amounting to about 650 sq/ft. We applied two coats of swedish finish in a satin sheen. This kind of job typically takes about 3 days from start to finish.

In this project the customer had some prefinished birch that was in need of some attention. We refinished it and also added a mixed gray stain. Prefinished wood is usually more expensive to refinish because the factory finish tends to be hard as a rock. This area was around 550 square feet and took us about 4 days to complete.
